We provide a fun way for you to interact with other people from the UK, a way for people to meet each other, the opportunity to view and rate how others look and various other services (our Site and such services, collectively, our "Service"). Your use of our Service is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use (these "Terms").

USER CONDUCT

USERNAME AND PASSWORD
you will select a username and password when completing the registration process. You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. You agree to: (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your username and password or any other breach of security and (b) ensure that you log off from your account at the end of each session. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section

TERMINATION
you agree that we, in our sole and unfettered discretion, may terminate your access to our Service for any reason, including, without limitation, your breach of these Terms. You agree that any termination of your access to our Service may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete any of your accounts and all related information and files in such accounts and/or bar any further access to such files or our Service. Further, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to our Service.

INDEMNITY

If you are obligated to indemnify us, we will have the right, in our sole and unfettered discretion, to control any action or proceeding and determine whether we wish to settle it, and if so, on what terms.

CHAT RULES
Our main agreement when signing up to iBritz is that you take all responsibility for your actions; if it breaks the rules and we have to investigate; our course of action is non-negotiable and final, before dealing with our action we will have a final discussion and come to the conclusion, this, by all means is unanimous and final.
You are solely responsible for whatever is sent from your account; you must ensure that other people around you do not impose as you. We regard your account as you; whether it is you or not the appropriate action will still be taken against your account. As stated above our decision is final and non negotiable therefore if your account is terminated, it is terminated, regardless of whom used it. keep the account confidential and not permit any third party to use it
Please be aware that you MUST at all times treat the Administrators and Moderators (Administrators have YELLOW stars, Moderators have BLUE stars) with respect at ALL times, and you must not disturb them unless otherwise stated by them, you can chat to them, but be aware they are doing a job.

SPEECH AND ANY OTHER FORM OF COMMUNICATION;
Speach and/or chat from your username; (a) do not use lascivious, obscene, filthy, excessively violent or harassing speech when interacting with other users.  Even if the other user is doing so.  (b) If you see or hear any user breaking any of iBritz rules, you must alert a moderator or administrator promptly.  You must not however try to deal with it yourself. (c) The information you give away in your discussions will be broadcasted to the public. You must ensure that all personal information is kept anonymous and private.  The use of PM’s (Private Messages) can still be reviewed by the Administrators of this website for any reason whatsoever. The PM system belongs to the Administrators of the website. You must ensure that even whilst using “PM’s” that you comply with the terms and conditions, chat rules and upgrade rules. Failure to do so will result in immediate investigation into your account, a final conclusion will be drawn and action will be taken. As stated above our decision is final and is not negotiable. (d) You must not use another language to break iBritz chat rules. No matter what language you may be speaking, it will be logged and reviewed. We will translate this language and take any necessary action. You have been warned. (e) We take threats very seriously; you must ensure that your text does not show, encourage or intimidate immediate physical harm against another user. If you do so the chat will be immediately logged by one of the moderation team, saved, and reviewed. If we think that the text poses immediate danger we have the right to share, copy, and release this information to the authorities, IWF, and any other organization we feel necessary. (f) While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate disgusting, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters. (g) We reserve the right to ban anyone who violates the forum rules, as access to our chat room are a privilege and not a right. For excessive infringement of the rules an instant ban may be used. If the infringement is severe enough an IP ban will be placed upon you and your ISP contacted.
(h) Your personal information; when entering iBritz Chat your account information will be passed onto the moderator or administrator. This will ensure that if the text coming from your username is breaking any of the above (a,b,c,d,e,f,g) we can promptly remove you, silence you, and take any necessary action. (i) We reserve the right to, in iBritz sole discretion and without notice to disallow access to and use of the website to any users for any reason or for no reason at all, including without limitation for breach of anything covered in the above. (j) Anything of which is not stated in these rules still comply. By signing up to iBritz or accessing the website (www.ibritz.com) you are ensuring that you have permission to do so by the law of your country.  You must not do anything that breaks the law of your country; you must realize that these rules are for iBritz only; these do not include the rules of your ISP; or the law of your country. We reserve the right to take any action necessary even if what your doing does not break iBritz rules; it may break your ISPs rules or the law. This means that we can suspend, terminate, access and modify your account without prior notice. (k) The above, is all included within the Terms and Conditions; else another rule of iBritz is that the Terms and Conditions are a must read. If you do not read these your account will be in jeopardy of being under investigation; which will include immediate suspension to review your account (this means that you will have 0 access to your account whilst under review) If you do not agree to any of these rules whether it be one or all you will not have access to iBritz or any of its privileges, if entering without prior agreement of these you will be instantly banned and removed. Your IP will be logged and perhaps banned, and you will be put on user alert.

UPGRADE RULES
By going platinum/upgrading on iBritz you are spending your money at your own free will for our upgraded service, this means that you are buying services from us for benefit of your username/account only.
“Points” are given when users submit forum posts, upload pictures, etc. The site team (staff) cannot give free points to any individual who signs up for iBritz. Asking for this will result in being warned of failure to read the terms and conditions/else being reviewed. However; you can transfer points freely and willingly to each other. If any account/user wishes to transfer points they may do so by the “Donate Points” service.

Points and Platinum are upgraded services to your account; this modifies your account so that you can send unlimited messages, videos, blogs, pictures, etc. A full list of what upgrades can do is here: http://www.ibritz.com/upgrade.php.
iBritz reserve the right to suspend, terminate, stop and pause any service found in the upgrade section without prior notice and without reason. If your account is under review by the administration team/moderation team, this means that all upgrade services will be suspended along with your account. By buying this service you acknowledge that iBritz may under any circumstance modify, change, remove, and add anything to your account. No refunds will be made for Services suspended in accordance with these rules.
You must be aware that 3rd Party companies that we use have their own terms and conditions which you must ensure you follow at all times; these include PayPal and your Network Service Provider.  A charge of £6 GBP will be charged when using PayPal (this may not include initial fees by PayPal) and £5 GBP when using SMS (this does not include network charges by your provider i.e. Vodafone, 02, t-mobile, etc.) It is not our responsibility if your payment is lost in transaction, fails to be paid into our account, or is declined. Please note: iBritz cannot give discount on any service we provide at expense. Unless otherwise stated or there is a offer on. We set these prices for a reason.
